Do you provide service outside of Houston?

Yes! Since we use advanced call management technology, we can handle your phones regardless of your geographical location. For example, we currently service clients located in California, Connecticut, Lousiana, Virginia and Washington.

How do I forward my phones?

When leaving your office for the day you will forward your primary line to a unique number we provide prior to your start up.

I forgot to forward my phones! Can you forward or unforward for me?

Yes, provided you have a "remote call forwarding" feature through your telephone services provider and have given us access to that information.

How do your operators know that it's my customers calling?

When your incoming call connects to a station, a pop-up screen instantly identifies the call is for your company, along with your preferred answer phrase.

What are your rates for service?

Rates vary according to the unique service needs of your office and based on the amount of live operator minutes used within a typical billing cycle. Speak with our Client Services Department for full details. They will assess your requirements and recommend the best plan for you.

Is there a fee to set up my account?

Yes. The one-time set up fee is based on time used to build and customize the structure for your account.

How long does it take to establish service?

The amount and complexity of your data determines the start up timeline of your account. However, 5-7 days is typical to complete the initial process in which we meet with you to gather data and discuss your specifications and options for your service. The subsequent process takes 8-14 days, as we analyze and build your account structure into our system. Finally, everything is tested -- call forwarding, cell phones, pagers and voice mail set ups. Our operators are trained and tested on accuracy prior to handling your account.

How do I get my messages?

Your account is customized with the message retrieval option best suited to you: emailed, faxed, forwarded to cell phone or pager.

What happens in case of a power outage or disaster?

Hurricanes, floods and other disasters have never stopped us. We are here during the worst circumstances when your office cannot be available. We have an emergency disaster plan in place and are happy to share that when you start service with us.
